About the Role

Based in our Epsom clinic (with an opportunity to work from home or one of our other Auckland sites 1-2 days a week), this position provides vital administrative and scheduling support to ensure seamless patient care. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling patient appointments using our patient management system
  • Providing friendly and efficient patient support
  • Assisting on reception when needed

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.

 

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an adaptable, proactive all‑rounder who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will have:

  • The ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently
  • Ideally, previous reception or administrative experience in the health sector
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM or Patient Management Systems
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence dealing with patients and clinicians
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A discreet, empathetic, and mature approach
  • Strong multitasking skills and a self‑motivated attitude
  • Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
  • Strive for excellence
  • Consistently delivers meticulous attention to detail
