This is a full-time position. As we prepare to open our new Carlton Gore Road clinic, we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and excited to help shape a positive patient experience from the beginning.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our customer service experience at Carlton Gore Road. Your day may include:

• Being the first point of contact for patients and visitors
• Managing a variety of reception and administrative tasks efficiently
• Handling enquiries with professionalism, clarity, and care
• Helping establish smooth daily workflows in our new clinic environment
