Customer Service Representative

As Absolute Radiology and our services continue to grow, we are looking for our next customer service superstar to join our team and be part of our future!

This is a fulltime position for 40 hours per week, based at Molesworth Street clinic. We offer a great variety of work engaging with our customers and delivering effective and efficient reception administration functions. 

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer service, ideally this would be both in a front-facing role and call centre environment. You will have the confidence to take on a sole charge position of a reception if need be and excel with computers and accurate data entry. 

Figuring out complex matters and organising multi-functional requirements come as second nature to you. You are the kind of person who is always up for a healthy challenge where you will rely on your resources and quickly research a response.

Absolute Radiology opened in 2019 in the stunning location of New Plymouth, New Zealand.  Our new and innovative facility is located 100m from the legendary Coastal Walkway.  We offer x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, Dexa all under one roof.
