Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Rep to join our newly established clinic at Masterton Medical in the beautiful Wairarapa.

This role is a fixed term contract until November 2026, working 32 hours per week over four days. You'll be a key player in delivering amazing customer care and guiding clients through their journey with us. Working closely with our Palmerston North based team, this role be part of our committed team going above and beyond for our customers with top-notch service.

You’ll be a problem solver with a can-do attitude who loves helping people, learning new things, and adapting on the fly. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you — from assisting customers at reception to managing efficient administrative work.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
