Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team based in beautiful Gisborne. You'll be a key player in delivering amazing customer care and guiding clients through their journey with us.

This is a permanent, part-time position of 24 hours per week, working closely with the clinical and administrative teams. You will be handling a variety of tasks, including being that first point of contact for our customers - greeting them at reception or organising their booking over the phone, as part of our customer care team.

You’ll be a problem solver with a can-do attitude who loves helping people, learning new things, and adapting on the fly. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
