Clinical Applications Support Specialist

At Canopy Imaging, we lead and support our people to provide the best patient care possible through the delivery of high-quality diagnostic radiology services which is reliant on technology. We are looking for a Clinical Applications Support Specialist to join our team in providing practical, responsive and relationship-focused support our Radiologist, Specialists and wider clinical teams.

About the role

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, this role will provide targeted application training and workflow support for clinicians. This also includes support in our visualisation and 3D processing applications. Working alongside the IT Service Delivery Manager you will be involved in the development of new initiatives and be an active participant of various project teams. This role plays an important part in minimising service disruption, supporting system adoption, and helping clinical teams use technology effectively and consistently.

What you’ll do

  • Provide timely, effective support and training for clinical applications, access and workflow issues across multiple sites, both onsite and remotely.
  • Support radiology and clinical systems including PACS, RIS, PMS, reporting and InteleOrchestrator platforms.
  • Build strong working relationships with radiologists and specialists through proactive, face-to-face engagement.
  • Support advanced visualisation and 3D processing applications such as Syngo.via, MIM and related tools.
  • Contribute to project system integrations, testing, training, documentation and workflow improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience supporting or working with radiology or clinical systems
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills in a clinical, healthcare or operational environment.
  • Confidence delivering system training, onboarding or user support to clinical teams.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage your workload independently across multiple systems and sites, with willingness to travel as required.
